101.0211. No Liability for Joint Enterprise
The common law doctrine of vicarious liability because of participation in a joint enterprise does not impose liability on a water district created pursuant to either Sections 52(b)(1) and (2), Article III, or Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, regardless of how created, for a claim brought under this chapter.
